Dearest Eve,
I shall cherish the honour to scribe in this book, with the strength of an army, your consent overlooked. As I draw up the oceans the salt will remain. A cryptic saline solution floats all to the mermaid’s dismay.
Do not be disenchanted, I am extending my hand, for I have been to the mountains and explored all of land, and I have done it but thrice to help you understand.
I use Grand Master illusion to execute each escape, first your prince under your wing, but never your king you did state. But as King I kept record of your songs teaching false fate, your songs lead the weak, the weak souls you take.
Way back then again when you offered the mask for my task, as man I dove in, and the insight was vast, as you answer with truth all the questions I asked.
Be it then again when, next time or today, four words we did share ‘for protection we’ll stay,’ in this parallel time we first flew separate ways.
To the second by choice, we did land in the garden. You could hear the snake's voice causing your soul to harden. A dilemma! Use my faith and in God seek your pardon but you stood behind snake, cryptic fear I did see as you willed snake to guard forbidden fruit in the tree, I've no fear of snake! It is your greed that intrigued. Knowing up until then we shared all that we need.
From then I did pace, as I questioned your haste till the instant I stopped, watching rotten fruit drop. Like a bomb it did hit me, the fruits overripe, fruit not suited for picking but the seed inside is all right! The seed of no greed, kept from you out of sight. Breaking down all that happened, I again gained free insight!
You did not need me here anymore and so I wandered off alone. Doomed with no chance for forgiveness, thrice I lived and died alone. Life to bone! Life to bone! Life to bone!
The third time we met, a new moon reached its crest, and I took the form wild dog! I did why? For I heard your howl as I learned to growl, and to the moon you would cry for insight. It was then you gave freely insight to see clearly, the cycle of the moon.
With only one month to succeed in this hunt, from that moment I started to groom. I followed your pack, used my sense to stay back, and in the darkness I did loom. For my knowledge was guaranteed doom.
So, I used the next month to succeed in my hunt and I frolicked for fun in your scent. Satisfied your pack was not wise, with the moon due to rise, I present. We crossbred as wild wolves in disguise.
It is blue blood I did pledge as I leapt off the edge, to your amazement your eyes watched me fly. I have again flown a long way, landing safely to say, you can again regain faith as insight.
Eternally yours,
Adam x
